You could blow $40k on a new minivan or crossover, or you could wisely spend it on this !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . It has back seats, and your children are small.

my wife reminds me about cargo space. Yes the caddywagon solves it but then it becomes the mommobile and not my work car. Wise purchases yes, my wife disagrees but then financing that would be $600+/mo. So then I side with her and instead buy the small kids a pair of pants each so church will stop complaining. Church would also expect more donations if I were rolling deep in a Porsche or caddy.

The 997.1 C2s might dip below $30k before I'm in a position to afford one.

I am happy.

Only if that doesn't cut into the exhaust modification fund.

It won't. That option won't make a 10 year car worth more than one without the option.

The value of options declines over time.

No way. I'd go IPE if I wasn't saving for another car

If you want a Ferrari, you need to sacrifice a Bimmer to the gods.

I know ;(

It's gonna be the E46

Which is a shame because it's my lowest mileage car - 41,800

that is the most responsible thing to do. That or one bimmer and the 997

But I can't do that. I love them too much. And they have different purposes.

The 997 is the best car to commute in. I have a short commute so the stick is fun and not a chore. And the car gets amazing gas mileage for a sports car.

The E90 has 4 doors and a DCT so it's great if I have to go to LA and deal with traffic or take clients out to lunch.

The E46 can be sold. But selling either of the other cars would be a shame. I want to IPE them and keep them for life.
